One simple entry point into many specialized agents. The agents sit between you and all your systems, not inside one of them: you say what you need, and calendars, maps, ledgers, and registries do their work in the background, nothing you have to open or think about. Ask once and the right team handles the rest, delivering answers you can trust, with far fewer hallucinations than any single AI model working alone. Trust is visible, not assumed: open any agent’s profile and see what it can reach, what rules control it, and which of its skills are actually used.

That investment keeps working, under the same security controls and audit trail as every other agent: they appear in chat, take part in pipelines, and receive delegated tasks. Enterprise Security & Compliance
Per-customer VNet isolation with dedicated subnets and NSGs. Incoming traffic is filtered for spam and phishing. Multi-agent validation drastically reduces hallucinations before answers leave the platform. Write operations require executive approval with full audit trails. External agents are clearly fenced: they see only the message you send them, never your documents, your history, or what the platform knows about you. Each agent’s profile says this in plain words, so you never have to guess. Each organization runs in its own isolated environment, on our infrastructure or yours.

Email is the channel for deep agent work: per-mailbox routing, conversation tracking, and long multi-agent jobs that run to completion in the background. Voice across browser, Teams, and phone, with caller verification: ask for a call in chat and a tap-to-call button appears. Every agent on the platform can take a call, not just a chosen few. You talk to the same agent that already handles your email and chat, with the same knowledge, tools, and security controls. It answers, checks calendars, and books appointments once you confirm verbally. You can interrupt the agent at any point, it stops and listens (barge-in). In chat you can dictate instead of typing, transcribed on your own cloud infrastructure and discarded, never stored, or speak to the platform itself: say what you need, and it routes you to the right agent, never outside what your role is allowed to access, with your own words drafted and ready, you always press send. Agents answer with charts and diagrams only when the data calls for it, plain answers otherwise, and when a conversation points somewhere valuable they offer the next question as a tap. Phone numbers connect through your carrier of choice via a pluggable integration layer, with Telnyx supported today. Teams bot integration. Admin portal with meetings, real-time chat, a cross-device notification center, and built-in documentation for running the platform day to day. Agents also work proactively: scheduled tasks run on their own, longer jobs continue in the background, and results reach you via Teams, email, or a push notification on your phone the moment they are ready. A promise made in a reply is held to the same standard: it is checked automatically and corrected on the spot if it was not turned into a scheduled task. The app opens instantly from its last known state, then quietly syncs the latest data in the background. When something breaks, you see it: if the system is starting up the portal says so, keeps retrying, and recovers on its own. No frozen views, no asking users to refresh; drafts survive interruptions, and a message sent during a dropped connection is delivered the moment it returns. You ask once; the org chart behind the answer stays out of your way. Over email, where nobody is waiting, that collaboration simply happens. A live chat is a conversation, and conversations have to stay fluent: a few extra seconds are felt. So rather than quietly spending them, the agent asks before it brings in another specialist, and you decide whether the detour is worth the wait or whether you would rather have the answer in front of you now. What matters is that the right specialist responded, with a source you can trust, without pulling you out of your inbox.
Least privilege, by design
One generalist agent with access to your mail, finance, CRM, and cloud admin is a single prompt injection away from total compromise. Specialist agents each hold only the tools and permissions their job requires: the finance agent can’t touch your cloud, the phone line can’t reach admin functions. Smaller blast radius, cleaner audit trail, contained by design.
Sharper answers, fewer hallucinations
A focused agent with a tight brief and curated knowledge beats a generalist juggling everything: less context dilution, more precision. Every answer is validated by a separate fact-checker against its sources, with numbered citations you can verify; in real-time chat, verification runs alongside delivery so speed never skips the check. When something breaks underneath, you get an error that says so, not a confident-looking reply written around the failure. A single model marking its own homework can’t do that. When an agent has a reason to trust a page, a place’s own website from a map search or a link you gave it, it reads that page itself, including text published as a picture, rather than guessing from search snippets.

The platform ships with a catalog of them: maps, places and directions with the real place and route links in the answer, Swedish Tax Agency lookups, telephony, Copilot Studio connectivity. You turn one on for your environment through configuration and attach it to exactly the agents that need it. Enabling one is a decision, not a project. That keeps your setup off a separate maintenance track, so upgrades reach you the same way they reach everyone else, and one customer’s specialism stays out of another’s way. Any participant can pull in a specialist expert mid-discussion when the conversation calls for it, and the answer folds straight back into the round. A meeting can also start as an ordinary chat: add another agent mid-conversation and it grows into a meeting in place, same thread, same context.
- account_tree Attachment Processing PDF, Word, Excel, and image attachments, including documents linked from within an email body rather than attached directly, are extracted, converted, and archived to SharePoint automatically. Chat works the same way: paste a screenshot or attach files straight into the conversation, from a desktop or a phone’s camera roll, and they get identical processing and archival. Agents also produce documents, from presentations to PDF reports, and deliver them back to you.

Hand an agent a heavy task from wherever you are and close the app. The job keeps running on the platform, so you don’t need to keep a window open, and a push notification brings you straight back to it when the answer is ready.
Runs that outlive the phone
A locked screen or a dropped connection never kills a task. The run continues server-side; reopen the app and you attach to it live, replay what you missed, and watch it finish.
Watch the work happen
Answers stream in as they are written, so you start reading right away instead of waiting for the whole run to finish. Switch to detailed view and follow every step live: what the agent decided, which specialists it brought in, and when, all logged in order.
Steer without restarting
If a run is heading the wrong way, just type while the agent works. Your guidance is delivered into the live run and shapes the result: no cancel, no starting over.
Budgets you can watch
Every agent works inside a time and token budget, shown as a live meter in the chat while it runs. If a task reaches its ceiling, it stops automatically and its partial findings are saved, so nothing runs unchecked in the background. A discreet cost row in the chat shows what the conversation costs as it happens, including how much caching reduces that cost.
One conversation, any device
Conversations are durable. Start on the phone, continue on a desktop, switch to a voice call mid-thread: same conversation, same agent, same context. Notifications share read state too: read one on the phone and it clears on the computer.
Comfortable in your hand
The portal follows your phone’s text-size setting end to end, and attachments come straight from the camera roll: paste a screenshot into the chat and the agent reads it.
Decisions come to you
When an agent needs your decision it asks right in the conversation: approval cards for consequential actions, and tappable option cards when there is a choice to make, with a recommended path highlighted and room for a free-text answer. Nothing waits in a hidden queue. Before building something with an open choice, format, length, recipients, the agent asks one short question first instead of guessing and redoing it.
Opens on what matters
Open the app and, when something is important, it is already there: a meeting in an hour that needs preparation, a decision waiting, a promise due today. Two cards at most, each saying what it is based on, and one tap starts the right agent with the first message written. When nothing is urgent the page stays quiet: no spam, no filler. Only for you, kept out of shared conversations.
Your location, on your terms
Switch on location sharing and agents know where you are while the app is open: “you are at the workshop” rather than an address guess, because your organization can name the places that matter. It comes from your phone only, stays out of transcripts and memory, and you switch it off in the same place you switched it on.
Invite a colleague into the conversation
Add a person to an open chat, not only another agent. Both of you talk with the agent in the same thread, and every turn runs under the speaker’s own identity and permissions. The agent knows who said what, and personal memory pauses visibly while the room is shared.
Messages between people
Direct messages with colleagues and administrators live in the same app: who is online, when a message was seen, photos and screenshots. The inbox pops out over what you are doing, so a running chat with an agent is never left behind. Direct messages stay outside every agent’s context: nothing written there becomes part of an AI conversation.
